Dot Peen Marking
Known also as pin marking, dot peen marking is a marking process where an electro-mechanically controlled carbide or diamond tip assembly strikes the surface of a part in a succession of dots to create a permanent mark. Text, logos, and 2D data matrix codes can be marked on straight, curved or radial inscriptions.

Rotary engraving is the process of using a spinning cutter in a motor-powered spindle to cut or “rout” into material, either completely through the substrate to create cut out shapes or holes, or at a predetermined depth to create engraved grooves that form characters and graphics.
Silk Screen Printing
Traditionally called silkscreen or silkscreen printing, screen printing involves creating a stencil (or “screen”), and then using that stencil to apply layers of ink on the printing surface.

Sand blasting, also known as abrasive blasting, defines the process of smoothing, shaping and cleaning a hard surface by using compressed air to force solid particles across that surface at high speeds; the effect is similar to that of using sandpaper. A consistent finish is obtainable at corners or crannies.
Waterjet cutting is a cold-cutting technique that does not subject material to heat or mechanical stress. Hence the risk of thermal distortion, change of material property due to the presence of heat and presence of impurities are minimized.
